Balanced Rock Winery

Located within the city limits, and on the way to Devil’s Lake State Park, Balanced Rock Winery is a great place to grab a bottle of wine while you enjoy a one-of-a-kind amenity among Wisconsin Wineries, their onsite driving range. Spanning 250 yards over a section of the property unsuitable for grapevines, this collaboration with Baraboo Country Club is one for golfers of all ages and levels (during the Spring to Fall seasons).

Not into golf? No worries! Their tasting room is beautiful and open daily, year-round serving great wines and delicious food.

Speaking of the food, this venue truly stands out as an impeccable choice for hosting special events such as bridal showers or intimate gatherings. The exceptional quality and artful presentation of the food elevate the entire event experience, adding a gourmet touch that will leave a lasting impression on your guests. I have personally hosted two events here and heard nothing but great feedback.

You can catch live music often on their stage outside. They gather quite the crowd so arrive early, although there is plenty of seating on the outdoor patio and a grassy area if you don’t mind lounging on a blanket.
